Oh, this does not bode well...
( After the decision was made to set Ruby straight, the introduction of the girl to Genis proved to be very, infuriating. They ahve taken to each other as rivals of a sort, and while I am certain that one day they will be friends, one day seems very far off... )

Teaching morality to the amoral...
( Coming across the most amoral person she's ever seen, Ruby, was enough to drive me crazy. Still, there is nothing but good int he amoral girl, so as a Professor, I have made it a plot-point to teach Ruby what it means to be moral and responsible. )

Finding one's protege...
( By happen-stance, I came upon a scene with Yuna, and my goodness the chemistry between us in incredible. My only hope is that Yuna's player can afford more time to play with me, as I feel that Raine can, character-wise, grow greatly from a friendship with Yuna. )

A chance encounter with two warriors...
( It's been a while since I've played on Animania Online, but that is more due to real life than to lack of interest. I was glad to see that the game was still running strong, and had a very interesting scene with Genis and two very different warriors: Alex Armstrong and Guts. It seems that there is a plat going on in the city of Lindblum, and Guts knows of it. )

The adventure concludes!
( Picking up from the previous day, we continue the expidition until its conclusion. Despite the lack of action, I feel we all had a good time. For me, however, the best part was the small scene Lloyd and I had afterwards while Genis slept. It is possible, just as in Tales of Symphonia, for Lloyd to win Raine's heart over - and if that is the player's intentions, he's off to a good start. )

Adventure Interlude - Campfire Scene
( This scene was pure roleplay between myself, Genis, and Lloyd. It was, to say the least, fantastic, and really made me realize how much fun just roleplaying can be some times. The dynamics between the three of us are exceptional. I only wish that we had a Collette to complete our 'Team Sylvarant'. )

The adventure continues!
( Since Animania Online apparently requires thought and planning in its adventures, instead of just making blanket assumptions that every character has every thing needed all the time, we decided to prepare for the Ruins Exploration by purchasing tools and provisions, including the gels Genis hates so much. Zelos joins the party at this point and provides some truly hilarious commentary! )

The adventure begins!
( With information secured, I lead a small party on an expidition to some nearby ruins. However, there is little preparation for actual Ruins Exploration, so we're forced to turn back. The development of myself, Genis, and Lloyd is incredible, and Kratos, while still learning, throws in some great additives as well. Also, this is our first introduction of Tales of Symphonia's 'Z-skits'. Look for the character portraits! Lastly, we have a very brief appearance by Zelos, who wasn't able to stay for the scene. )

An Interlude between brother and sister...
( Real life stopped Genis and I from having a conversation about his public humiliation in the previous scene, so Genis'a player, bless him, wrote this interlude, e-mailed it to me for my approval, and then posted itto his journal. It is going to be a handful raising a boy like Genis as he enters his Teenage Years. )

She Who Must Be Obeyed...
( Well, this log proves that whatever you tell a little boy not to do, he will do as soon as he is able. Genis and Lloyd go and visit Nocturne Alley, the one place in lindblum I told them not to go to. This is Lloyd's first scene and I am happy to have him playing. He and Genis had such wonderful dynamics! )

( In a continuation of our first scene, Genis and myself reach the Lindblum Academy. We have our first run in with Kratos. It must be noted that Kratos's player is a good role-player, he is just in the fledging parts of Tales of Symphonia and still needs to learn the character. )
